A Lifeline for Women Navigating Life’s Most Transformative Chapters
Highly recommend this podcast for any woman who wants to feel supported & empowered. Each episode feels like sitting down with a compassionate friend who just gets it. Whether it's tackling the emotional complexities of relationships or helping women embrace menopause with grace and power, it delivers real talk. The hosts don't shy away from the messy, uncomfortable stuff—and that’s exactly what makes the show so refreshing. Whether you're 35 and wondering why your hormones are going rogue, 50 and dealing with empty-nest transitions, or simply trying to reclaim your joy and health, this podcast is the space you didn’t know you needed.
Amazingly relatable
Stumbled across this podcast and I am so happy I did! These women are amazingly relatable - it just feels like you’re in a conversation with two of your girlfriends. They discuss the things women go through that we don’t often speak of out loud - or don’t have the village with which to share with. Love love love this podcast, keep it going ladies!!
Not quite 40 but good stuff!
I’m married, late 30s but this is very relatable. I’ve either dealt or know someone who is going through or did go through what ya’ll are talking about. I’m gonna be sure to tell my sister about this. She’s 45/6!
New favorite podcast!
Episode 4 hit so close to home. As a divorced, co-parenting mom of three, juggling everything from school drop-offs to a full-time career, I felt so seen listening to Episode 4 about why marriage doesn’t always serve women. I’ve been in relationships where I carried it all: home, kids, work, emotions all while still trying to show up with a smile. It’s exhausting if I’m being brutally honest. Hearing Jeanette and Tiffany speak openly about that lonely feeling so many of us have but rarely say out loud was both validating and healing. I just started following Jeanette on Tiktok too, her content on family law is so authentic. This podcast reminds me I’m not alone, and that we, as women, deserve support and the space to be real.
So relatable that I keep wanting to chime in!
So I am very late to the podcast world and just started to listening to some last year, because working FT, kids, kids sports, hubs, etc. who can keep up normally. I started this podcast on our drive to the OC from AZ while the fam was sleeping to get started and omg I kept wanting to chime in! I felt like I was with my friends having a fun convo that I wanted to jump into. I can relate, laugh, nodding on so much I agreed to. I am now subscribed and will make sure I am on this. Awesome podcast!
Uplifting and inspiring!
This podcast is a breath of fresh air for any woman looking to live a healthier, more balanced life. The hosts are warm, relatable, and full of practical advice on everything from wellness and nutrition to mental health and self-care. Each episode leaves me feeling empowered and motivated. A must-listen for women on a wellness journey!
Thought it was for my mom... but now I’m hooked
Ok so I originally found A Holistic Dose thinking it might help me get what my mom (she’s in her 50s) is going through as I’d say she definitely has been through her own “glow-up”. Figured we could bond over it or something. But honestly? I didn’t expect to love it this much myself. Tiffany and Jeanette are hilarious and so real! It’s like getting the big sister advice I didn’t know I needed. They talk about career stuff, life, aging, relationships... in a way that actually makes me think about my own future too. Now my mom and I both listen, and we actually talk about the episodes together. It’s kind of our thing now. Total surprise, but such a good one!
We need more of this kind of honesty
As a longtime female entrepreneur, I’ve lived through so much of what Tiffany and Jeanette talk about and truthfully, I still wrestle with self-doubt some days. Hearing them speak so openly about the messy, beautiful, complicated parts of reinvention and aging feels like a breath of fresh air. Their honesty is powerful, and it reminds me how important it is for women to show up for each other. I’m already sharing this podcast with fellow women in business—it’s real talk we all need to hear.
The podcast I wish I had when I quit my 9–5
I’m in my mid 30s and left my corporate job three years ago to run my own business—painting murals, doing design strategy, branding for other entrepreneurs. It was exciting… and terrifying. I didn’t know if I was doing the right thing, and I definitely didn’t hear many people talking about how hard that leap really is (and trust, it was hard!). Listening to A Holistic Dose felt like finally hearing someone say out loud all the things I went through but didn’t have words for at the time. Tiffany and Jeanette are so real about the fear, the self-doubt, the pressure and the freedom and joy that can come with starting over. I’ve sent episodes to so many friends who are thinking about making a big change, just to say: "Hey, you’re not alone." We need more women supporting each other like this. This podcast makes you feel seen and stronger, so thank you!!
Real Conversations That Resonate
Listening to The Holistic Dose feels like sitting in on a conversation with your girlfriends—thoughtful, honest, and full of heart. The hosts have great chemistry, and their mix of personal stories and real talk makes it super relatable. It’s the kind of podcast that makes you laugh, reflect and feel a little more connected. Can’t wait to hear more!
A Fresh Take
Hearing Tiffany and Jeanette’s take on weight loss and the transformation that happens both physically and mentally was a fresh take on the subject. Far too often women are held to unattainable standards and reaching them seems impossible. It’s like having a conversation with your two best girl friends, they give hard truths in a loving, supportive way.
Looking forward to listening...
Looking forward to listening to the first episode! I’m a divorced 30-something and have never heard of divorce glitter 😆 I thought we were going the divorce celebration route. Ha! Anywho, thanks for the hard work here and high audio quality. I can tell this will be raw, and none of the extra filler chatter so many podcast employ. Looking forward to the first full episode!
A total inspiration
Just listened to the trailer episode of A Holistic Dose — and I’m intrigued. It’s a short intro, but it gives a good feel for what’s to come. The hosts (who are both lawyers) talk about looking at life beyond just the legal world, bringing in wellness, mindset, and a more balanced approach to success. It’s refreshing to hear professionals talk about the bigger picture instead of just the grind. Definitely sounds like a podcast worth following if you're into law, wellness, or just finding a better work-life mix. Looking forward to the first full episode!
